We run two to three engagements at a time, never more. Every senior engineer on your dispatch, delivery, or ops system stays on it from kickoff to hand-off — no bench rotations, no ramping up a replacement in month three.
Systems, not screens
A slick rider app sitting on a dispatch engine that can't hold rush hour is a liability with a deadline. We design the matching logic, the data model, and the failure modes before we design a single pixel.
Ship the hard part first
Can the dispatch engine actually hold 500 concurrent trips? Does the system survive a traffic spike at its worst hour? That question gets answered and stress-tested in week one, not week ten.
